I'm an amateur photographer and a Cosplay enthusiast except I take the photos instead of dressing up! I live in chilly Finland and travel around the world every once in a while to escape from the cold. I started in 2015 but I rarely have the opportunity to take photos or practice so please be kind!
I will be posting photos from travels, my dog and mostly portraits of people and cosplayers I know in this account. I'm hoping to meet new friends and especially new people to take photos of!

Foreigner with a wolf dog in Finland

I officially moved to this country last February after marrying my longtime boyfriend. Finland is beautiful and serene, a fact that was made more apparent when I moved into a sleepy town north of Helsinki. As a big city dweller it was a huge contrast to the noisy, crowded and bustling activity in my hometown. Everything was so different and laid back in comparison. The language is different and luckily Finns can speak English pretty well so the language barrier is minimal to non existent depending on who you talk to. There was no culture shock as the Finns are simply the most down to earth and no nonsense people I have ever met.
